Congratulations, and thank you for considering Pink Peppercorn Catering in the planning of your wedding!  We have over 30 years of experience catering weddings, and we enjoy working closely with Brides and Grooms as well as their families to ensure that your big day is unique and special.  Please call or email us to set up your free consultation, so we can meet in person to go over menu ideas and give you an accurate price quote.  Don’t forget to consider us for your other wedding related catering needs such as bridal showers, bridesmaid luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and brunches.

The following information is provided to help you start planning your menu, please see the Menus tab above for menu options or contact us to design a custom wedding menu.  The information and prices are based on a typical buffet reception, please ask us if you are interested in plated dinner service, or another service style, as additional charges may apply.

Wedding Buffet Information and Pricing

One Entrée Buffet includes the following:

• One Entrée Selection
• Two Accompaniments
• Choice of Fresh Salad
• Homemade Dinner Rolls and Butter
• Coffee Service
• High Quality Disposable Products

Price:  Starts at $18.00 per guest

*Additional Entrée add $4.00-$5.00 per guest

*Additional Accompaniment add $3.00 per guest

Service Fees and Rental Charges

A deposit of $200.00-$400.00 is required to secure your event date and ensure our availability, depending on the size of your event and your chosen menu.

Servers:  $18.00 per server, per hour (Approximately four servers will be needed for a 100 guest buffet service, six or more servers for 200 guests).

Full China Rental:  Includes the following-  Dinner Plate, Salad Plate, Dessert Plate, Dinner Fork, Salad Fork, Dessert Fork, Butter Knife, Teaspoon, Water Goblet, and Coffee Cup.  $12.50 per guest.

Linen Rental:  Prices vary depending on which items you choose, after determining your needs we can give you a specific price.
